I’ve gone to Filix twice. The first time, he was great (but my car had no issues, just a check up). Second time was last week when I brought my car for an issue. He didn’t check any codes just simply put an ear to the hood and told me to order a $500 part. Upon ordering it, he stopped replying to my calls & messages. I took my car to a different mechanic that ran codes and ultimately told me that my car didn’t need the part Filix advised me to buy. My boyfriend called Filix from his phone to see if he was ignoring me & he finally answered. He told him he was on vacation and to bring my car another day when he was clearly working in the background. Unreliable and spent unnecessary money.

These guys did a good job. Quick, friendly, and gave me a good price. They also noticed that one of my tires was down to the cords and probably saved me from having a blowout. Very pleased - thanks!

This tire shop, I am not kidding about this, is a hidden ART museum that happens to keep my cars on the road. There are sculptures, fountains, plant displays, and murals all over this shop. I recently visited right as they opened and had no waiting time -- which is a shame because I like to explore the premises to see art that I have not yet discovered. For 30 bucks, they fixed a tire and and me on my way. I didn't even have time to use their bathroom which is, in itself, an art gallery. When it's time to replace ALL of my tires, I might be more inclined to hit up the local Costco or Ian's Tires. but when I need a single tire or a fast tire repair, I am headed to the Felix Art Gallery. A great Old Town shop.

I have been buying used tires from Felix since 2003. But yesterday they tried to charge me $100 to swap two tires from one pair of trailer rims to another. $100 for 8 minutes of work. Felix you are fired. Not only will I will never shop with you again, I will never send my friends and customers to you again. You lost a ton of business dude. Shame on you

I’ve used Filix tires for the last two times I’ve needed new tires and even new brakes this last time. They are so kind, helpful and quick. They order what’s needed if they don’t have it in stock and get the job done extremely quickly, efficiently and with integrity. Best price I have found and job done well! They care about their work and their customers. I am so grateful for this business. They’ve been amazing for me!
